There are many people who make camp possible, but our most valuable asset is our summer staff who help keep camp clean, feed our campers, and keep them safe and healthy. This summer, we are looking to hire kitchen staff and lifeguards. Applications for summer 2024 staff are due May 12th, 2024.

Contract dates will be posted once schedule is finalized. Most likely, camps will run from June 16-August 2. Official dates will be posted February 4th, 2024

 

Staff will be asked to come early for staff training and camp prep before the summer season for training (dates TBD). Click HERE for more information about training.

Base Summer Staff Salary - $400 per week. Increases to base salary are determined by the nature of the job, appropriate certifications, experience, and years on staff at Camp Mardela. Food and lodging is included and the contracted period is 6-8 weeks in the summer during camp programming.
